    Description

Saphire Trio’s Meet and Greet parking is one of the most convenient parking options at London City airport. They want to ensure you start your trip completely hassle-free, so all you need to do is meet your driver in the Short Stay car park, hand over your keys, then walk to check-in and catch your flight. It's that easy and there are no transfers to worry about! Your car will be kept in an award-winning car park, with 24 hour patrols and barrier entry, so you know your car will be looked after while you enjoy your holiday. When you get back, it's just a quick walk back to the Short Stay car park to pick up your car and head home.

    Arrival Information

When you’re about 20 minutes from the airport, call Saphire on 07903 416 577 to let them know you’re on your way. Please arrive as close to your booked time as possible. When you get to the airport, drive to the Short Stay car park and at the barrier, take a ticket. Park your car and unload all your luggage. Make sure you take all your valuables out of your car before you leave as the car park can't be held responsible for anything left inside your car. A Saphire driver will come out to meet you and you’ll need to give them your keys before you go. Then, you simply need to walk the short distance to the terminal.

    Important Information

You’ll need to pay £6 to leave the car park.
There’s a 25-minute wait time allowed in the Short Stay car park.

You need to arrive as close to your booked time as possible. If you're 20-40 minutes late, you'll be charged £20 extra and if you're going to be 40 minutes late or longer, you should call the car park and let them know, otherwise they'll cancel your booking and you won't be able to get a refund.

Make sure you take all your valuables out of your car before you leave. The car park can't be held responsible for any valuables left inside the car.

The car park entrance is two metres high, so you'll need to remove anything on the roof of your car before you can get in.
